The short version: Einstein Clock does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything runs entirely on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no tracking, and no data of any kind.
Einstein Clock is developed and published by Luis Uribe, an independent inventor based in Riverbank, California. The app demonstrates Einstein's General Theory of Relativity through two real-time analog clock faces showing gravitational time dilation.

Einstein Clock may request the following device capabilities:
Einstein Clock stores no data on any server. A few settings — such as your age, height, altitude, daily streak, and whether you've purchased the Pro upgrade — are saved locally on your device using your browser's local storage, so the app remembers them between visits. This information never leaves your device, and it is erased if you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
Einstein Clock does not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or data brokers. There are no third-party SDKs embedded in the application.
Einstein Clock offers an optional Pro upgrade as a one-time purchase of $1.99. All payments are processed by Google Play — we never see or store your payment details. Your purchase is tied to your Google account, so you can restore it on a new device by signing in with the same account. To request a refund or view your purchase, open the Google Play Store, go to Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, or visit play.google.com/store/account. Google's standard refund policy applies.
Einstein Clock is suitable for all ages and is designed to be used in educational settings. Because we collect no personal information from any users, we collect none from children either. The app complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If we ever change this privacy policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post the revised policy here. Because we collect no data, any changes are unlikely to affect you in any meaningful way.
